Family fun day on club’s fixture list

JOUSTING demonstrations, fairground rides and a display of vintage cars are just a few of the attractions at the Dallas Burston Polo Club in Stoneythorpe.

The annual Polo in the Park family fun day takes place for the fifth year on Sunday, 11th September.

It will also feature gourmet street food stalls, live music and some of the finest polo in the Midlands, including the highlight match of the Dallas Burston Gold Cup, sponsored by Davidsons Homes.

Ella Cloake, Marketing Manager for the Dallas Burston Polo Club, said: “Polo in the Park has grown in popularity over the years and is now a major fixture in our calendar. We are confident that this year’s event will be the biggest and best so far.”

James Wilson, group managing director at Davidsons Homes, added: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the Dallas Burston Gold Cup. Polo in the Park is always a fantastic day and we feel incredibly honoured to be associated with this prestigious event.”

Gates open at 11am and entry is free, although parking is £10 per car.
