Fun day to celebrate library relaunch

THE recently refurbished Stratford Library on Henley Street will celebrate its relaunch with a day of family fun on Monday (11th September).

The library was closed for a short period while refurbishments were carried out. The building will now offer registration services along with library services.

Members of the public are invited to join in the fun and attend events on the 11th. Events will be running from 10am until 4pm, including:

• 10am to 1pm: Everything you’ve ever wanted to know about downloading eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers to your mobile device.
• 1030am to 1.30pm: Come and join in the fun with stories and activities for pre-schoolers. Meet the bookstart bear.
• 1pm to 3pm: Are you over 50? Would you like to learn basic computer skills? Meet the Silver Surfers.
• 2.30pm to 4pm: Interested in weddings in Warwickshire? Come and meet the registrar team and see the new ceremony venue, The Henley Room.
