Stratford headteacher dresses as Wonka bar as school supports Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Charity

WHEN a school boasts that it’s got lots of Twits, it can only mean one thing – the children and staff are supporting Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Charity.

On Friday (13th September) Stratford Primary School dressed as characters from the author’s books to raise money for the charity, which provides specialist nurses and support for children with some of the most serious and complex health conditions in the UK.

Headteacher Gill Humphriss said: “At Stratford primary we wanted to show our support for this amazing charity. The children love dressing up and our school was full of fantastic Mr Foxes, BFGs, The Twits, Willy Wonkas, Enormous Crocodiles and more.
