Bailey hits unbeaten ton as Stratford sink Stourbridge




STRATFORD ended their recent disappointing run of results with a solid three-wicket win at Birmingham League Division Two strugglers Stourbridge on Saturday.

Stourbridge reached 237-8 after electing to bat first. The highlight of the innings was a stand of 129 for the fourth wicket between opening batsman Alex Bingham (100) and skipper Matt Bradley (77) as Adrian Witts took 3 for 62 for the visitors.

Stratford’s reply was based around an unbeaten 104 in 106 balls from David Bailey and 41 from Andrew Fisher as they won the game with 16 balls to spare.
