Bayliss bags five wickets as Stratford sink Milford Hall

STRATFORD moved up to second in Birmingham Premier League Division Three following Saturday's 27-run success at Milford Hall.

David Bailey hit 52 for Stratford, who were dismissed for 159 with three wickets apiece for Ejaz Nawaz (3-40) and Qamar Abbas (3-52).

Skipper Mike Brown hit 29 after coming to the crease with Stratford 112-8, then took 3-29 as Milford were despatched for 132.

The real star for Stratford was Adam Bayliss, who took 5-58 and combined well with Brown as Stratford moved up the table.
