Hallows wins Bishops Bowl event

CHRIS Hallows came out on top of Shipston AC’s Bishops Bowl event on Saturday.

The club fished marshes one and two, with the top three weights all coming from marsh one.

Hallows caught 125lb 4oz of mainly carp, ahead of Andy Bruce, who was second with 101lb 10oz of carp, barbel and chub.

Mick Belgrave was third with 64lb 9oz of carp, followed by Stuart Fleming (50lb 10oz carp and bream) and Rob Oakey (43lb 12oz carp).
