Jamshaid shines as Stratford are swept aside

STRATFORD slumped to a six-wicket defeat to Old Elizabethans at Swans Nest Lane on Saturday.

Ed Cunynghame (64no) fought a lone hand in Stratford's total of 131, with Hugh Selvey taking 5-26 for OEs. Only three Stratford batsmen reached double figures.

An opening stand of 96 between Pakistan international Nasir Jamshaid (62) and Ashley Bullock (37) ensured that four quick wickets were incidental in an easy victory for the visitors.
