HERALD photographer Mark Williamson covered Alcester Town’s Challenge Vase quarter-final clash against Coventrians on Saturday.

Alcester rallied from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 before eventually winning 3-2 on penalties at Stratford Road.

Goals from Robbie Davies, Isaiah Graham-Clarke and Joe Shaw forced the game into extra-time. No further goals saw the game go to penalties and Alcester held their nerve to win the shootout 3-2 and progress to the semi-finals.
