STRATFORD 2nds suffered a collapse before their Birmingham League Second S Division match against Sutton Coldfield was abandoned due to rain.

Stuart Russell (5-34) did the damage as Stratford went from 71-0 to 147 all out despite contributions from Alex Marney (35), skipper Josh Hickman (30no) and Harry Abell (25).

In reply, Sutton were 74-2 when persistent rain stopped play.
