Stratford's survival hopes suffer setback against Tamworth




STRATFORD'S Birmingham League Division Two survival hopes suffered another blow following a three-wicket defeat to new leaders Tamworth on Saturday.

Harry Adams opened up with 59 for Stratford, who fell away to 207-9 after they were well placed on 156 for four.

Josh Bowker took 4-44 for Tamworth, who owed their victory to excellent knocks from Stuart Burrows (88no) and Jake Flower (49).

James Urquhart bowled well for Stratford, finishing with 5-58.
