Weekend football round-up

FC STRATFORD moved into the quarter-finals of the Les James Challenge Cup following a 4-2 success at Bartestree on Saturday.

James Gifford (2), Tom Parnaby and Ashley Wilkes were all on target for Dave Poulson's side, who will now host Midland League Division Two leaders NKF Burbage in the last eight.

In Midland League Division Three, Aaron Satchwell, Joe Wright, Adam Hughes and Adam Edwards got the goals as unbeaten Central Ajax beat bottom club Leamington Hibernian 4-1.

Shipston Excelsior's home game against Alcester Town was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

In Midland League Division One, Charlie Anagho-Ntamark got the only goal of the game as Littleton were edged out 1-0 at Pershore Town.

Racing Club Warwick's clash at Leicester Road and Studley's home game against Walsall Wood also fell victim to the wet weather.
