SHAYE Eden struck twice as Shipston Excelsior claimed a 3-1 win over Leamington Hibernian at London Road on Saturday.

Craig Robins was also on target as Shipston moved up a place to third in Midland League Division Three.

Sixth-placed FC Stratford, who have five games in hand on Shipston, cruised to victory Coventrians at the MoodChimp Stadium.

Strikes from Daniel Stokes (2), Ashley Wilkes (2) and Jay Tilbury and an own goal saw Stratford claim a 6-0 win, leaving them in great shape ahead of next weekend's game against unbeaten Central Ajax.

Ajax went one better than Stratford as they smashed seven past Castle Vale Town.

Joe Wright struck four times in a 7-0 victory, with the other goals coming courtesy of Jake McCarthy-Phillips (2) and Scott Hughes.

Ellis Kalach, Kieron Downey, Lewis Fathers and Wil Beach all netted in Alcester Town's 4-0 victory over Bartestree at Stratford Road.

In Midland League Division One, high-flying Studley slipped to their third defeat of the campaign as they went down 3-1 at Atherstone Town.

Racing Club Warwick claimed a 3-1 win over Heath Hayes thanks to goals from Luke Cole (2) and Joseph Carter, while Littleton thrashed bottom club Coventry Alvis 6-0 at Five Acres.
